Our Heritage
At Riley's Cheesecake, we take pride in our rich heritage of baking the most delicious desserts. Our recipe was handed over to us by a local guy we were buying our cakes from. He had lost his baking spot and we needed to continue this delicious journey, Sol is his name and he offered to teach me the basics. After that first bake it has been a whirlwind of trial and error. I adopted the phrase "Even Our Mistakes Are Delicious" Since then we have added so many flavors and different crusts and sizes, and we have continued to innovate and create new flavors that our customers love.
